01 The lecture of Health Education

On April 3rd, Ms. WU Xiaoying from Shenzhen Blood Center, talked about the history behind blood donation, the misunderstanding and the precautions for blood donation. In the classroom of ABE, we strongly feel more and more energy burst behind the blood donation.

02 Blood Donation on Campus

 

 

From April 11th to 12th, two blood donation cars from the Longgang Central Blood Station drove into our campus, waiting for each brave donor beside the lotus pool.

 

 

Participants arrived at the end of class and left at the end of class during the tense weekdays. We ran into each other so quickly that we couldn't have a deep conversation with them. But a few words had shown all enthusiasm; Each very sincere smiling face had deeply rooted in our heart.

 

More than 300 students and staff showed their interests in blood donation whthin two days.

 After certain queries and physical check, 140 people participated in the blood donation, of which 120 people successfully donated 30,750ml of blood. Compared with previous years, we also saw the international students in this blood donation. We should know that love has no borders, and we are hand in hand, friends of the same mind. 

 

In addition, there are many participants who failed to donate blood for various reasons. We also want to thank you for your courage and kindness, and look forward to meeting with you next time.

Even though I couldn't look at the thick needle directly

and I was very afraid of red blood，
