On the evening of September 13, 2019, the Mid-Autumn Festival Gala themed“Celebrate the Reunion of the Mid-Autumn festival and the 70th Anniversary of our motherland” was held in Li Wen Building of CUHK(SZ). More than 1,500 students attended the party. President Yangsheng Xu, vice-President Tom Luo, vice-President Shiping Zhu, associate vice-President and the director of Office of Research Affairs professor Xuejin Li, associate vice-President and the Dean of Diligencia College professor Yang Gu, associate vice-President and the Dean of LSE professor Baoting Zhu enjoyed the Mid-Autumn Festival together with teachers and students from different colleges and schools. The party was divided into four chapters, which were: Heart to heart, Share the moon Celebrate the reunion and Enjoy the Mid-Autumn festival. Each chapter was composed of different performances and interactive activities. At the end of the gala, the winners of the Best Popularity Award and the Academy of Best Performance Award were selected by public vote.
