The Luminar Film Festival 2019 was held from 10^th November to 17^th November. The theme of the year is “Sense and Soul”, to cure the soul by means of the senses, and the senses by means of the soul. We also invited Prof. Tang Jiong Ming as the speaker of the Master Forum.
