Dear Faculty Members & Students,

Faculty-student interaction addresses an instrumental role of the collegiate experience. It has a positive effect on student development and growth. The Office of Student Affairs is now launching the 2021 Faculty-Student Interaction Program for the fall semester to bolster the bonding between faculty members and students.

Program: 2021 Faculty-Student Interaction Program

Participants: Students and Faculty members of CUHK-Shenzhen

Duration: Fall semester, from October 21^st, 2021 to December 15^th, 2021

Purpose: To strengthen the bonding between faculty members and students

Program Description: By providing on-campus cash coupons, per student is entitled for a maximum of 2 coupons, and per faculty member is entitled for a maximum of 4 coupons. Please note that each coupon is equivalent to 20 RMB and applies to all outlets of CUHK-Shenzhen except Starbucks. The coupon’s expiry date is December 15^th, 2021. For this year, pre-registration for the coupon collection is required.

Coupon Collection Location: Student Centre 501 Reception Desk, pick-up will be effective from next Thursday, October 21^st, 2021, Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00. (It is required to present your Student ID card or Faculty Member card upon collection.)

Instructions for Coupons Usage:

(1)  Before using the coupons, please scan the QR code and fill out the coupons’ serial number in the questionnaire for the activation.

(2)  After the Pre-Registration, Students / Faculty members may pick up the coupons twice within the duration of the program, which will be subject to the stock of coupons.
