First Aid Skills Do Matter! If you have been equipped with those practical skills and knowledge, you might be able to save people’s life at the crucial moment!

To popularize the First Aid knowledge, skills, and the usage of First Aid-related facilities in our campus, Social Practice Centre is now inviting students to register for the First Aid Training Course conducted by The Red Cross Society of China, Shenzhen Branch. After the training, trainees who have participated in the training and successfully passed the assessment will receive the certification issued by The Red Cross Society of China, Shenzhen Branch.

Training Course: The First Aid Training

Training Content:

•    Brief introduction of Red Cross Movement

•    New concept of modern rescue

•    Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

•    Use of automated external defibrillators

•    Trauma first aid (hemostasis, bandaging, fixing, and transporting)

•    Emergency rescue technology for common accidental injuries

Date & Time: Saturday, December 11th, 2021 (Full-day Program, from 8:30--17:00, a break at noon)

Venue: Student Centre 301

Language: Chinese

Quota: 40

Registration for The First Aid Training: 

1.       Please scan the QR code below to complete the registration by 11:30 am, December 3. And a deposit of 100 CNY is required. The quota is limited and will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the registered students cannot attend the training, they may transfer the quota to other students and need to inform the teacher Ms. Deng (email address: dengyutao@cuhk.edu.cn). Please also note that no quota trading is allowed.

2.      If you have successfully paid a deposit of 100 CNY, please scan the QR code below to join the WeChat group for future notice.

Important Remarks:

Regarding the details of the 100 CNY deposit for the First Training Course, please kindly see as follows.

1.      For students with full attendance, a deposit of 100 CNY will be refunded.

2.      For registered students’ successful quota transfer, they will receive a full refund.
