The University Library holds a wide range of resources covering both the latest academic developments and classic literature. Apart from its rich collection in print books and electronic resources, the library also subscribes to the Chinese and English print magazines and newspapers that own the largest readership. For the collections that the library currently does not have, the interlibrary loan and document delivery service are provided.There are 29 online booking group study rooms in the library for group discussion study activities. 

A Convenience Store is located on the Teaching D B1/F to provide daily necessities including food, beverages, bread, snacks, personal care products and stationery

The Center for Innovation, Design & Entrepreneurship (abbreviation “CIDE”) provides innovative curriculum and carries out teaching and training about the projects for entrepreneurial teams.   Relying on the resources of our school and Galaxy Group, it can fully help teachers and students to carry out entrepreneurial activities, create an active "customer flow" and an innovative and entrepreneurial atmosphere with investment value.

The Sports Centre includes swimming pool, basketball courts, football field, badminton courts, volleyball courts, fitness rooms, climbing wall, table tennis room, Taekwondo gymnasium, dancing room, etc.

The Symposium Office is Located located on the first floor of Zhi Ren Building, offering coffee, tea, fruit juice, bread and dessert. .

ATMs of Bank of China (from October 2014) and China Citic Bank (from September 2014) are available around the clock on campus.

The clinic is located on the B1 floor of TD Building and staffed by professionals from Longgang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, which can provides students with health advice counselling , common disease diagnosis and treatment. Also provide certain laboratory tests and physical therapeutics and physical therapy services. The clinic will provide health education activities from time to time. Opening hour: 8:30~12:00, 13:00~21:00 (Monday to Sunday, during the term) / 8:30~12:00, 13:00~17:30 (Monday to Sunday, during the summer and winter vacation) 

There are five canteens on campus,  one of them is located at Le Tian Building, the second one is located at on the 2/F of Tower B in Shaw College and the third one is located at theon the 1/F of Tower B in Diligentia College. The fourth one is located at the 1st floor of Student Center, and the last one is located at the 2nd floor of Student Center.
