Dear all,

To celebrate and honor the graduates of 2022, we are delighted to announce that the Fifth Graduation Tree-Planting Ceremony will be held next Thursday, May 19, 2022.

“Planting a tree, planting a hope” carries the wish that all the graduates of 2022 will have a bright and rewarding future.

This year, we will plant the tree of Handroanthus impetiginosus (pink trumpet tree 紫花风铃木), which implicates the meaning of gratitude and contentment. We hope that the graduates can always be grateful and seek joy and serenity in life. The pink trumpet tree has open crowns. When the leaves are fully grown and the flowers sprout in summer, it looks like a string of purple wind chimes. Years later, the saplings will grow into luxuriant foliage, and our graduates will bloom like flowers.
