Dear students,

Happy Summer Holiday! To ensure the safety of students and consolidate the work in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic, the following arrangements regarding the application for leaving campus will take effect for the Summer Holiday:

• Non-graduating Student Travel Application & Graduating Student Leave Application

Please log into i.cuhk.edu.cn and submit a leave application to your administrative department (Colleges/SMBU Office/Li Wen Hall/Graduate Programs) at least two days before departure from the campus. The above application is only for leaving campus, and students need to resubmit the application before returning to campus. Kindly note that only students with approval will be permitted to leave campus. Please present the approval interface to the security guard when leaving campus.

According to the government’s requirements for preventing and controlling COVID-19, it is strictly forbidden to visit medium- or high-risk areas and avoid trips to areas within the medium- or high-risk regions. Given the recent spread of the pandemic, please pay close attention to the latest news via the mini-program of the State Council. If there are related adjustments to the pandemic prevention policy, please refer to the latest notice.
