The dancing party is one of the most distinctive activities at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. The Serendipity dancing party will be divided into two parts. Part one is the Dreamboat semi-formal dance, which is only open to freshmen. Part two is the Spars Fly casual ball, which starts at 21:00 PM on September 5th, 2021, and all students can sign up for it. The location is the Multi-function Hall of Sports Hall. Students are requested to enter the venue with personal verification QR code (Freshmen who have successfully registered for the Dreamboat still need to register if you want to participate in the Sparks Fly).

Students who are interested in participating in the Sparks Fly should complete the registration in the HelpHub WeChat applet in advance and enter the HelpHub at the registration time to complete the registration. The registration channels for freshmen and old students are different, and the opening hours for registration are different. The registration time for freshmen is at 12:00 PM on August 20th, 2021; the registration time for non-freshmen is at 20:00 PM on August 20th, 2021 (If you enter the unmatched channel to register, your application will be screened as a failed registration and the fee will be refunded). The entrance fee for the Sparks Fly is 15 RMB/person. There is no notification email of the registration result for this registration. After completing the payment and obtaining the personal verification QR code, it is deemed that the registration is successful, otherwise, if the payment fails, it is the registration failure.

HelpHub Registration Instruction and HelpHub Applet QR Code have been attached to the e-mail. If you need the English version of the Registration Instruction, please e-mail to su@link.cuhk.edu.cn. Students who have successfully registered are requested to enter the venue from the entrance on the north side of the Sports Hall. The admission time is 20:45 PM on September 5th. Due to the epidemic, the Sparks Fly may be affected by policy changes. If there is any change, the relevant personnel will be notified by e-mail.
