Important Notice on Arrangements for Students Returning To Campus for Spring 2022 Semester

2022.01.05

Dear students,

The COVID-19 pandemic has been continuously spreading all around the globe with recent domestically sporadic and regionally surging infections. Students are inevitably increasing social activities to meet friends and relatives during the Christmas & New Year holidays. Climate conditions are also contributing to a higher risk of infections during this season of the year. Accordingly, to safeguard all member’s health conditions, a series of containment measures are made and to be followed strictly.

Ⅰ. Raise awareness of the continuously spreading COVID-19

It would never be too cautious to be careful of the ongoing pandemic as the new mutated virus Omicron has infected a large population at a fast speed over the past few weeks, adding more uncertainty to the pandemic containment work worldwide. Currently, China is also experiencing a regional surge of infections with more towns and cities classified as medium/high-risk regions. All students should raise their awareness of the critical situation and be mindful to take protective measures during the holiday in a bid to keep the University safe from infections.

Ⅱ. Epidemic control measures during the holiday
