Dear all,
2020 is a tough year. As we know, the COVID-19 breaks out, which is not only a challenge for public health, but also for our mental health. People are faced with the life threatening risks, the sense of isolation, and the confusion of how to reconstruct order. As home-staying students, meanwhile, may suffer from different level of anxiety caused by long-term social isolation, boredom as well as family conflicts, which as well decreased learning efficiency. So we can say, it is crucial for us to understand and to face the potential psychological damage from the epidemic.
To help you adjust your mood, Student Counselling and Development Service is going to start a Mental Health Month program from May 12 to July 10. Please take an active part.
