01 “非常道”是什么道？

【MBM非常道：与CEO对话】系列是香港中文大学（深圳）管理学理学硕士（MBM）项目新近推出的一个系列栏目。该系列将邀请全球各地知名企业的CEO来到大学，与MBM项目主任王丛教授展开圆桌对话，探讨当下经济发展、企业经营管理、行业前沿与发展动向等话题，以促进大学与业界和社会的链接，为同学们提供行业洞察和职业规划指引。

 

02 这次的嘉宾是？

首期【MBM非常道：与CEO对话】邀请到的嘉宾是花旗集团香港及澳门区行政总裁及银行业务主管辛葆琏（Aveline San）女士。Aveline于2019年加入花旗集团，出任亚太区法规部总监，2022年获委任为香港及澳门区CEO。此前，Aveline于瑞银工作14年，并担任不同高管职位。她的职业生涯始于银行和资本市场律师。

 

03 这次对话的内容？

在本期的对话中，Aveline将分享她在职业发展过程中对领导力的理解以及如何应对职业生涯中的挑战。她还将探讨金融科技和GenAI等前沿技术在金融业的应用前景，并与王丛教授展开讨论。此外，她将提供一些建议，回答同学们对职业发展和规划的关切。

【MBM Uncommon Way: CEO Talk】 ENGLISH VERSION

 

The "MBM Uncommon Way: CEO Talk" is a new series launched by the Master of Business Management (MBM) program. The series will invite CEOs from renowned global companies to the university to engage in roundtable discussions with Professor Wang Cong, the director of the MBM program. They will explore topics such as current economic development, corporate management, and industry trends, aiming to promote the connection between the university, industry, and society and provide students with industry insights and career guidance.

 

The first episode of " MBM Uncommon Way: CEO Talk " features Ms. Aveline San, CEO and Head of Banking for Citigroup in Hong Kong and Macau. Aveline joined Citigroup in 2019 as the Head of Regulatory Affairs for the Asia Pacific region and was appointed as CEO for Hong Kong and Macau in 2022. Prior to that, Aveline worked at UBS for 14 years, holding various executive positions. Her career began as a lawyer specializing in banking and capital markets.

 

In this episode of the conversation, Aveline will share her understanding of leadership in her career development journey and how to overcome challenges in one's professional life. She will also discuss the prospects of cutting-edge technologies such as Fintech and GenAI in the financial industry and engage in a discussion with Professor Wang Cong. Furthermore, she will provide advice and address students' concerns regarding career development and planning.
