师生之间的互动交流是大学生活中非常重要的一部分，与学生发展和个人成长都有着积极密切的联系。为增进我校师生之间在课堂之外的互动与交流，学生事务处在2019年推出了师生共叙计划。时光荏苒，又到了一年金秋，2022师生共叙计划再次起航。

 

如果你曾参与过师生共叙活动，我们相信你一定会对这个活动印象深刻，何不将过往的精彩瞬间撰写成文，让刹那记忆记录为永恒。

 

即便你未曾参与过我们的活动，你也可以写下你对师生共叙活动的期许和憧憬，记录下此刻的欢欣与向往。

Back in 2019, OSA launched the first Faculty-Student Interaction Program so as to boost communication outside classroom. The program received glowing reviews since it truly played an irreplaceable role in students’ personal growth and development. Now a brand-new semester has started, and the Faculty-Student Interaction Program of 2022 is also setting its sail as the golden autumn approaches. We sincerely invite you to take part in this program and get precious memories.

 

活动详情

 

活动名称：2022师生共叙计划&征稿活动

活动内容：

1.师生写下对往期师生共叙活动的回顾或者对本次活动的期许。学生事务处将从中挑选出优秀文段，优秀文段的撰写者将获得精美礼品。

2.师生领取餐券并邀请彼此同餐，在相互交流中增进了解。

活动对象：香港中文大学（深圳）全体师生

活动时间：2022年9月26日至2022年12月20日

活动目的：为本校师生提供一个相互交流，彼此了解的机会。

活动须知：

1. 参加此次活动的师生须完成问卷星相关内容填写后（即完成征稿环节后）的次日才能领取餐券。

2. 活动期间，每位学生可领取两次，每次可领取2张餐券；每位教职员可领取两次，每次最多可领取4张餐券，且每次可邀请学生人数上限为3位。

餐券领取方式和时间：

完成问卷星（即完成征稿）的学生或教职员可以在问卷星完成后的第二天

前往学生中心学生事务处 501室前台凭借学生证/卡或教工卡领取餐券。

餐券领取时间：周一至周五，8:30-17:30。

征稿奖品领取方式：征稿在经过评选后若被选用，将会以邮件方式另行告知奖品领取地点和时间。

Program Theme：Faculty-Student Interaction & Solicitation of Articles

Program Target：All students and faculties of CUHK(SZ)

Time：Sept 26th, 2022 – Dec 20th, 2022

Main Activities：

1. Faculties and students are encouraged to write down your memories of past interaction activities or expectations to the program of this term. OSA will pick the outstanding works and reward the writers with delicate presents.

2. Faculties and students may get coupons and invite each other to have meals together.

How to get your coupons：

1. Faculties and students who finish submitting your work in the questionnaire can go to the

Office of Student Affairs (Room501, Student Centre) on the following day to get your coupons with ID card.

2. Time to get your coupons: From 8:30 to 17:30, Monday -- Friday.

3. Students may get the coupons twice, with 2 coupons per time. Faculties may get the coupons twice, with 4 coupons per time. Please notice that faculties can invite at most 3 students each meal.

How to get your presents：If your work is selected, we will send you an email attached with the venue and time to get your award.
